PROJECT OVERVIEW

A 4-story private residential apartment building with 33-units. Its parking layout allows for flexible and easy entry of automobiles. The surrounding grade is raised four feet for more than half the building perimeter; according to zoning regulations, its first story will be classified as a basement. This allows the project to pass zoning requirements without compromising the aesthetic design that was intended.
