PROJECT OVERVIEW

This 20-unit mixed-use apartment building will be built to replace 3 existing structures. It will have a courtyard in the center of the building, a roof open space lounge, and a second-floor deck area accessible by residents. A water tank will be installed to mitigate the potential 5,600 gallons of rainwater and reuse it for soft scape.
