With four lots combined at 10,500 square feet, Cahuenga apartments will house 18 units over a parking floor basement 5’ below grade. This 3-story building over parking basement (total of 4 story) will have a sump-pump installed to allow discharge of storm water. Cahuenga apartment is designed to maximize the use of space within the allowable conditions per zoning regulations.
